The average FIS user can easily produce 500-1000 grams of sweat during an effective FIS session, thereby burning close to 300-700 Kcal; this is equivalent to running 2-3 miles! Some research also suggests that FIS use may help melt and sweat out cellulite.


Not only is the skin our largest organ, it plays an important role in detoxifying the body by eliminating undesirable chemicals and compounds. The skin is sometimes referred to as the body’s third kidney, because it is thought by many to be responsible for eliminating up to 30% of the body’s wastes.   1. my FIR sauna is the best most wonderful absolute joy of my life! as far as material objects go. had I known years ago that this sauna would change my world as it has, I would have scraped earlier to get one! as a cancer survivor who said NO TO CHEMO, this is my answer (that and loads of greens and abolishing all chemicals).
    between my sauna and Vasseurs skin products, my 42 year old skin looks 22 (if i may be so bold).

      1. I started my debt reiuctdon and eventually savings this way. Set up your budget on a four week cycle so that four weeks pay pays everything. 4 weeks X 12 months equals 48 pay weeks. This allows four weeks worth of pay annually that is not accounted for in your budget as there are 52 weeks in a year. But finaly we choosing between two different saunas for our big family and finally stopped 4-Person Corner Golden Infrared Sauna from InfraredSaunaGuru for two specific reasons: first of all it came cheaper than from the other distributor, and secondly – it is better than we expected. A must have in any home – that is what we think!
