Every Friday we will be posting our favorite healthy skin snacks. First up is Kale Chips — if you’ve never made these before you have to try them! The best part is the entire process takes less than 15 minutes.
Kale is an excellent source of phytonutrients as well as Vitamins A, C, and K, and calcium, which represent some of the requisite nutrients for skin health. Kale is also one of the richest sources of lutein and contains beta- carotene, which improves skin elasticity and firmness.
Thanks for the recipe. Speaking of dark-green vegetables, I’ve heard that seaweed (nori) causes acne. Is that true?
Hi Anne, Seaweed itself does not cause acne — BUT it is very high in sodium which can cause inflammation in the body and contribute to acne flare ups. It’s best to not eat too much at once and always follow with water!

Acne natural tmarteent called Acnezilax Secrets (search on google) kept appearing here on many videos and I thought they were scams. However after my buddy follow it, and finally clear his acne naturally. I’m persuaded. Don’t take my own word for it, search for Acnezilax Secrets on google.
